BIO

Stef has spent her life breaking boundaries and pursuing high performance. She is a world champion, a four time Paralympian, a triple Paralympic medallist and a five-time world record holder. Alongside her athletics career, Stef has an honours degree in biochemistry, serves as Vice President for UK Athletics and The Leprosy Mission, and is an actor and fashion model. She was the first amputee to walk the London Fashion Week catwalk in a specially crafted “stiletto running blade”!

About the Stef:

In 2022 Stef took part in the British reality show Dancing on Ice, making it to the quarter finals and showing the world you can learn to skate with an artificial foot. She made her final Paralympic Games appearance in Tokyo 2021 and since retiring from professional sport, she now works as a keynote speaker and broadcaster.

Stef’s talent and passion for sport were spotted early, and at 12 she was already dreaming of playing rugby on the world stage. But at 15, Stef was involved in a boating accident and suffered severe propeller lacerations. Her life was saved but her right foot was damaged beyond repair and amputated.
