After 3 decades of building and leading teams of up to 2,000 people on construction projects valued at up to $1.8B and 12 years of helping other teams get the very best from their people, Jeff knows leaders don’t want to hear more about the problems in the workplace. They want to know how to inspire the workplace change that will make them more resilient and adaptable in the face of change.

Jeff uses his experience to show leaders that valuing people for their unique value can change diversity and inclusion from another item on their growing ‘to-do list’ into an opportunity to leverage their leadership.
